• Wells Fargo Health Advantage Financing, Wells Fargo offers interest free terms if charges are paid within the specific time period you are set up for. They also offer extended payment plans.  We will assist you with getting set up for this financing when you come in for your first visit. 

Billing

We are a fee for service office and request that all fees be paid at the time services are rendered.  We will gladly submit claims to your medical insurance for you.  We will assign the benefits from your insurance to you.  Should payment happen to come to us instead we will immediately send the payment to you or you may choose to use it as credit for a future visit.  

If your insurance requires additional information from us to process your claim we will be happy to provide them with the information needed.
